The Apostle Islands National Lakeshore on Lake Superior, and specifically the Squaw Bay Caves, is a world-class destination for sea kayaking.  It's only a few hour's drive from our base in Minnesota, and photographer John Linn had guided groups there as a kayaking instructor in college.  So when Johnson Outdoors needed some Ocean Kayak and Necky Kayaks photographed in an aspirational environment, we knew just where to take them.
