What if Universal Studios were run by kids? Well it is ... at Universal Kids Studio. A place that brings out everyone's potential through adventure, creativity, and revelry. Ideation, product concepting and conceptual design for Universal Studios branded FEC venue. Strategic marketing considerations included all aspects of experiential branding for this 3-dimensional immersion in Universal Studios characters, stories, and music. Universal Kids Studio was envisioned to be the jumping off point to adventure, creativity, learning, camaraderie, thrills and fun. As a facility, it was to be challenging but not intimidating with an array of activity choices for children and parents. Universal Kids Studio was also to provide a sense of belonging and of ownership while remaining inclusive, and to provide moments of discovery without being academic. At the heart of UKS is Action Adventure Live!, where kids (or their parents) can live the fantasy of being the unlikely hero in a sequence from a Hollywood blockbuster. The venue concept was ripe for corporate sponsor partnering and co-branding. Opportunities for experiential branding participation from such companies as Sony PlayStation, Mattel, Nintendo, Hasbro, and Sega, was envisioned, as some examples.
