Experiential design, product concepting and tenanting (leasing) strategy for proposed Universal Studios CityWalk in the Jurong District of Singapore, as part of master-planned themed entertainment district.
The project, envisioned as a great governmental-backed economic development effort, included a theme park, extensive active recreation facilities, and the proposed CityWalk urban entertainment center.
