Stonecreek LLC affiliate Adventure Studios provided overall master planning, urban design, entitlement, and business planning support to this prominent California Indian tribe, concerning its prominent landholding in Cabazon, California, situated alongside the interstate highway leading to Palm Springs.
Major issues for this major gaming-oriented themed entertainment facility, was the role this project could play in further economic development of the entire Morongo landholding in the area and the tribe's future on-site land development phasing and strategy.
